The ARIETTA 850 DeepInsight x is Fujifilm’s new premium ultrasound platform, created through the teamwork of all Fujifilm research departments. By combining expertise with advanced AI/Deep Learning technology, it delivers clearer images and greater diagnostic accuracy, with DICOM support and REiLi technology.

Real-time Virtual Sonography (RVS)
RVS seamlessly fuses real-time ultrasound with CT, MRI or other modalities, allowing direct, side-by-side comparison of lesions. The automated workflow imports volume data from PACS and precisely aligns the images, with guidance at every step.

Advanced liver applications
- iATT – estimation of hepatic steatosis via the ATT (Attenuation) index, aligned with WFUMB guidelines, excluding surface reflections for consistent, reproducible results.
- SBSI (Steatosis Backscatter Index) – combines the backscatter coefficient, its variation and the ATT index; designed to align with MRI-PDFF standards.
- SWM (Shear Wave Measurement) – measures shear wave velocity (Vs) with a reliability indicator (VsN) for precise tissue stiffness evaluation.
- CHI (Contrast Harmonic Imaging) – with automatic eFocusing and one-button switching of contrast modes.

Women’s health & breast
With Data Coordination, mammography images are available directly on the ultrasound system. Real-time tissue elastography provides instant, color-coded insight into elasticity, while automated analyses (automatic Frame Selection, Fat Region Ratio) simplify evaluation. Paired with the dedicated breast transducer, it sets a new standard of precision.

Cardiovascular applications
i2DTT enables simultaneous analysis of two-, three- and four-chamber images, reducing measurement time. iDGD automatically measures the E/e′ index using Dual Gate Doppler, combined with R-R Navigation, Doppler Cursor Assist, automatic Ejection Fraction (EF) calculation and Beat Mode (automatic End-Diastole/End-Systole detection). iVascular simplifies Doppler measurements in vascular exams, setting the Color ROI and cursor with a single click.

Transducers
A full range of transducers: convex and micro-convex for general exams, dedicated biopsy transducers, high-frequency linear for breast, urology transducers, wideband linear for vascular imaging, sector transducers for cardiology (2D and 3D across neonatal, pediatric and adult patients), wide-band convex for obstetrics (with a 3D mechanical transducer), and a new 25 MHz transducer for musculoskeletal applications.
Workflow & ergonomics
Auto Optimizer for continuous real-time gain adjustment, Protocol Assistant with Guide View for pre-registered procedures, and iRecognize for automatic Body/Probe Mark placement. A large customizable touch panel, high-resolution LCD monitor and Cable Assist Hook for comfortable, efficient use.
