- Coherent Image Formation (CIF) for Harmonic Imaging: Using both phase and amplitude information to form an image enables high resolution and high frame rates when compared to conventional ultrasound systems.
- Color Flash Suppression Technology: Reduces color flash artifacts with no user interaction, improving color sensitivity and performance, even when a patient is actively breathing.

Imaging and technologies
The system incorporates transducers and technologies such as: 9C3, Clarify vascular enhancement (VE), 10L4 with Auto Flash Artifact Suppression and Auto trace, 14L5, 7VC2 with UltraArt universal image processing, 18L6, as well as the eSie OB and eSie Follicle functions.
- Virtual Touch point shear wave elastography: One-touch technology for reproducible and reliable tissue stiffness information supporting liver assessment.
- Virtual Touch strain elastography: A simple and qualitative measure of lesion stiffness relative to the surrounding tissues.
- Contrast Pulse Sequencing (CPS) and flash sequencing: Enable greater diagnostic confidence in the characterization of focal liver lesions.
- Virtual Touch 2D Shear wave elastography (SWE): Imaging with a velocity map for clear delineation of the area of interest.
