The process

If you have an account, please log in to the online troubleshooting system. In case you forgot your password click on the password reset link “Forgot your password?”. If you are visiting this service for the first time please click on the “Register Now”

After your successfully logging in our system, you will need to submit your technical request. In step 2 you must enter a detailed description of your technical issue.

Each technical request automatically receives from the system a priority code eg #ticket 001. The engineers of our company will receive your technical request and depending on its priority will contact you directly. All technical procedures are performed during working days and hours, Monday – Friday 09:00 to 05:00.
